Educational Requirement:

• Graduation / Masters in any discipline preferably in Social Science, English, Mass Communication.

 Job Description/ Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and maintain liaison with stakeholders, primarily field level activities of other MFIs & NGOs in Bangladesh.
• Actively participate in implementing microfinance product through staffs of different branches of partner institutions.
• Project is Dhaka based. However, incumbent has to visit different branches of partner MFIs or NGOs located at different parts (primarily Dhaka & Chittagong) of the country to monitor & oversee implementation of the product.

Job Requirements:

• Good analytical and report writing skills
• Fluency in English and Bangla
• Computer literacy in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software (Microsoft).

Personal skills and abilities:

• Shall have high level of initiative, problem solving and organizing ability
• Self-starter and be able to work largely independently
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with inherent attitude to mingle with people.

Salary Range: 10000 - 12000
