2. Career Progression and Facilities Offered.
a. Promotion to the rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Vice Principal and Principal.
b. Pay and allowances as prescribed by the Government, pension and provident fund.
c. Secured residential facilities inside the campus.
d. Free treatment facilities in CMH for own and family members.
e. Tk. 5,00,000.00 (Five lac) at a time as Family Security Scheme as financial help in case of death during the service.
f. Free education in cadet colleges for one child (if selected). Half tuition fee for second child (if selected).
g. Plot facilities provided by ‘Cadet Colleges Housing Project’.
h. Ration facilities at subsidized rate.
i. Yearly clothing allowance.

3. 4. Other requirements/documents needed are as follows:
a. 02 copies of recent passport size & 02 Copies of stamp size colour photograph.
b. Photocopy of all educational and experience certificate (duly attested).
c. Nationality Certificate.
d. Character Certificate obtained from any 1st class gazetted officer.
e. Bank draft of Tk. 350.00 (Three hundred fifty) in favour of “Cadet College Fund”, Sonali Bank, Dhaka Cantonment Branch to be sent from any branch of Sonali Bank.
f. Serving employees to send their application through proper channel.
g. Please write the applied subject on the top of envelope.
5. Age: On 01 July 2013 maximum 30 years. (32 years for freedom fighter category).
6. Examination. Written examination of 100 marks (English-35 marks and respective subject-65 marks) will be held on 02 Aug 2013 at Dhaka Cantonment Girls’ Public School & College.
7. No admit card will be issued. In lieu of admit card, on 28 July 2013 candidates’ roll number including time of examination will be published in www.cadetcollege.army.mil.bd website and in the notice board of Dhaka Cantonment Girls’ Public School & College.
