Job Description / Responsibility

  • The Documentation & Service Delivery Officer will be responsible for ensuring services of Cash Incentive by giving front line service, managing the documents, coordinating online and offline services, Documents verification and Issuing certificate.
  • S/he will directly report to Certification Officer of BASIS. 
  • The major tasks of the Documentation & Service Delivery Officer will include the following:

Job Responsibilities

  • Taking ownership for Documentation & Service Delivery of Cash Incentive Service
  • Regular Follow-up of the applicants on Cash Incentive Service.
  • Counseling, handling critical scenario and grievance issues relating to Cash incentive.
  • Receiving of documents as per the checklist
  • Support to verify all documents through checklist and taking ownership in issuing the BASIS Cash Incentive Certificate.
  • Arranging proper documentation and process for issuing certificate.
  • Support to prepare periodical reports on Cash Incentive Services.
  • Meeting up the regular queries that come from Banks, Audit firms, Applicants and others stakeholders.
  • Arrange and coordinate periodical meetings and writing meeting minutes and reports.
  • Maintain the HR & Administrative Policy of BASIS.
  • Scrutinizing the information of submitted documents and applications.
  • Ensuring proper preservation of all documents (Work Order/ Sales Contract/ Agreement/ MoU, Proceed Realization Certificate (PRC), Staff Information, Internal Budget etc.).

Educational Requirements

  • BBA/ Honors / Masters in any discipline. (Business and related areas; Finance, Economics, Management preferred.)

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 2 year(s) in related field
  • Knowledge on IT/ITES industry and Cash Incentive Procedure.
  • Knowledge on Export-import, Commercial work, International Trade, Customer service will be an added value.
  • Working Experience in Trade Association, Chamber, Banking and Financial sector.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must have knowledge on Record Management, Documentation etc.
  • MS Office package especially in MS Excel.
  • Pro-activeness and capabilities to handle any situations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills both in English and Bangla.

Job Location: Dhaka

Salary Range: Negotiable
