Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• End to end project management on all Civil works.
• Identify viable leads, manage prospects and secure all lines of business offered within the market.
• Secure sales deals from government and private sectors, to generate revenue with agreed profit margin levels.
• Secure sales deals from the Army Engineering Core.
• Proactively communicate with, or respond to, customers in conjunction with the Company's pricing initiatives.
• Establish long-term relationships with contractors in designated market
• Review the work progress on daily basis.
• Assist to negotiating contracts and securing permits and licenses.
• Establish and maintain liaison with the client, other construction professionals and, sometimes, members of the public.
• Track all prospective customer information on required reporting format.
• Preparing reports and keeping on top of paperwork.
• Very good knowledge and experience of the common raw materials used in roads, bridges, flyovers and other similar construction projects.
• Very good knowledge and experience of the common equipment used in roads, bridges, flyovers and other similar construction projects.

Work Experience Requirements and Professional Attributes Required:

• Minimum 8-10 years of full-time relevant work experience.
• Ability to independently develop and maintain business relationships.
• Ownership and time bound delivery.
• Ability to work in unstructured work environment with high degree of ambiguity.
• Customer orientation.
• Experience in change management would be helpful.

Academic Requirements:

• An undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed local or overseas university.
• A postgraduate degree is preferred.
