Position : Security In-charge

Responsibility   

• Directs and coordinates the activities of all security personnel.
• Ensures that all security employees receive regular training and are always aware of the current assignments
• Responsible for monitor the security of office premises.
• Develops and maintains a monthly checklist for all CCTV equipment, alarmed doors, and panic / duress alarms to ensure that they are fully functional.
• Is available 24 hours a day for genuine emergencies within the property.
• Interview, select, review and train new security officers according to hotels standards to maintain order throughout the hotel.
• Protecting company's property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment.
• Patrol randomly or regularly the office perimeter.
• Report in detail any suspicious incidents.
• Provide excellent service to the office staffs & guests.

Qualifications 

• SSC/HSC

Experience

• At least 5-10 years practical experience as Security In-charge/ Security Supervisor, etc in the relevant filed.

Requirements

• Age 40 – 45
• Only Male candidate
• Only Retired Defense (Army, Ansar, BGB or Bangladeshi any defense force) personnel i.e., Warrant Officer, Officer, Soldier needed.
• Integrity, honesty and professionalism.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work extended working hour.
• Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment.
• Knowledge related public safety and security procedures/protocols.
