Key Responsibilities:

• Setting the annual targets and plans with accordance with General Manager
  
• Develop the department’s annual plan, forecast and budget for his department
  
• Plan and coordinate services and work schedules with the General Manager.
  
• Ensure quality service delivery and customer’s satisfaction
  
• Supervise the day-to-day operation of his/her department and staff
  
• Assist in the development of strategic creative briefs in support of the company’s goals
  

• Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
• Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working on the advertising and promotion plan of the TV station
  
• Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and mark-up factors.
  
• Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings.
  
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage channel’s distribution, working on distribution networks and developing distribution strategies.
  
• Conduct economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets for products and services.
  
• Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements:

• Master’s/ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Marketing) with 10 years’ of related experience.

Experience Requirements:

• 10 years’ experience of related field.
• At least 05 years in a supervisory or managerial sales and marketing role.
  
• Strong brand management skills along with organizational and leadership skills
  
• Excellent communication skills in Bengali and English
  
• Experience in developing and managing client relationships
  
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Job Requirements:

• Maximum age 40 years.
