Position: Sales Manager

Job Description

  • Sales Manager is a sales professional with at least 4 years of sales experience, preferably with experience in handling Telco organizations.
  • The position will be responsible for generating new business relationships within Bangladesh for Mobile products.
  • Candidates must have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota as well as experience with value or solution based selling.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales, while expanding and renewing existing accounts.
  • Formalizes a go-to-market strategy for Bangladesh.
  • Exceeds quarterly/ annual sales targets by cultivating existing client relationships and targeting prospective strategic accounts within assigned geography.
  • Complex sales-cycle management: manages the entire sales process engaging the appropriate resources as and when required.
  • Creates and maintains a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement.
  • Engages and develops relationships with customers through strategic value based selling.
  • To analyze periodical sales, market share of competitors' brands and find out the ways & means how to improve market share and retain business sustainability.
  • To promote new products to the targeted outlets and generate demands through new coverage.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills including strong presentation skills
  • 4+ years successful sales track record in meeting or exceeding assigned quotas.
  • Relevant sales experience in Telco fields and well connected.
  • Strong understanding of solution/consultative selling

Educational Requirements:

  • Masters/ MBA in Marketing from any reputed University with relevant Training and Experience.
