Bangla Feed Mill Limited (“the Company”), a start-up feed mill under the process of implementation, plans to recruit against the following positions. 

 
Position
 
Finance, HR and Procurement Officer

Job Description / Responsibility:

Working under BFM senior management and SEAF Bangladesh AgriVentures (SEAFBAV) accounting team, the Finance, HR and Procurement officer will be responsible to manage day to day accounting, human resources and procurement activities.  

Responsibilities include:

During implementation:

  • transaction processing and regular recording
  • regulatory reporting and filings
  • procurement of stationery and office supply
  • payroll processing etc.
  • also dispel any other responsibility that is assigned by senior management

Post Implementation:

  • regular transaction recording and processing including pay roll
  • Regulatory compliance and filing,
  • Procurement of fixed asset, supplies and services,
  • Coordinating with various funding providers to ensure proper and timely dissemination of information.
  • carry-out any other responsibility as assigned by the management.

Educational Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in a related discipline or, any other accredited related program.

Other Requirements:

  • Significant experience in a similar role, preferably above 3  years  
  • Effective communication ability in both Bangla and English
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 
  • Adaptability
  • Energy and enthusiasm

Job Location: Rajshahi or in any other location of Bangladesh.

Compensation: Salary and other benefits will be negotiable
