Bangla Feed Mill Limited (“the Company”), a start-up feed mill under the process of implementation, plans to recruit against the following positions. 

Job Description / Responsibility:

Reporting to the senior management of the Company, the marketing and sales officer will be responsible to meet up the sales target assigned by senior management.   

Responsibilities include:

During Implementation:

• Identify and mobilize fresh farmers to enhance BFM’s target pool of customers,
•  arrange introductory training sessions for the identified farmers
• Provide extension services to the farmers on efficient farm management practices so as to maintain build a pool of potential customers for BFM.

Post Implementation:

• sales and marketing
• customer selection and monitoring of credit
•  provision of technical assistance
• relationship management with customers, peers, regulators, and conducting various marketing research and surveys

Also the appointee should shoulder the responsibility to arrange meetings, seminars and other events with present and prospective customer as per the direction of BFM management. The hire should also carryout task designated time to time by senior management

Educational Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in a related discipline or, any other accredited related program.

Other Requirements:

• Significant experience in a similar role, preferably above 2 years  
• Effective communication ability in both Bangla and English
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 
• Adaptability
• Energy and enthusiasm

Job Location: Rajshahi or in any other location of Bangladesh.
