Bangla Feed Mill Limited (“the Company”), a start-up feed mill under the process of implementation, plans to recruit an agribusiness professional from livestock and aquaculture feed industry to assume the responsibility of electrical and mechanical aspects of the Company.

Technical In-Charge

Job Description / Responsibility:

  • Reporting to the senior management of the Company, the technical in-charge will be responsible to oversee the erection and installation of the equipment and machineries and to ensure the smooth functioning of the feed mill once it is operational.

Responsibilities include:

Initial Setup

  • Supervise the procurement, delivery and installation process of various machineries and apparatus
  • Develop thorough understanding of the operation and trouble-shooting process of the machineries and equipment under installation

Operational Roles

  • Shoulder the responsibility to ensure smooth operation & maintenance of all feed mill machineries i.e. ensure seamless functioning of all mechanical, electrical components of the feed mill as well as of the generator, boiler, compressor and other ancillary components
  • Manage and supervise junior staffs
  • Efficiently perform any other task assigned by the senior management from time to time  

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in a related discipline or, graduation from any other related accredited program.

Other Requirements:

  • Significant experience in a similar role, preferably above 10 years  
  • Effective communication ability in both Bangla and English
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Adaptability
  • Energy and enthusiasm
Job Location: Rajshahi or in any other location of Bangladesh.

Compensation: Salary and other benefits will be negotiable
