Job Responsibilities

We are looking for Assistant General Manager/ Sr. AGM for our marketing and as well as implementation of the contracted project. We will preferably consider applicant with at least 10 years of working experience with specific 5 years in similar project management. Applicant is required to have capability to work in Large Project preferable in bank protection, river training, Roads, bridge or Railway projects.

Prime responsibilities will be,

• To prepare project proposal/bid offer, business development services to secure projects in geotechnical engineering service areas particularly in the field of bank protection, river training etc.
• Establish sales objectives and targets by developing annual activity plan and be responsible for overall sales operations in assigned regions and divisions
• Lead the project to ensure sales targets are achieved within specific time frame
• Prepare all kinds of sales, project visit reports as well as competitive analysis reports as and when required by management to demonstrate accountability
• Review client invoices for accuracy and evaluation of project profitability.

Educational Requirements

• B.Sc/ M.Sc degree in Civil, Geotechnical, or Geological Engineering from any reputed / accredited college or university.
• Master of Science degree and/or MBA with highly experience in managing large Projects

Experience Requirements: At least 10 years

• Age Limit: not less than 35
• Financial and business management skill i.e. project cost estimation, project team management
• Tender Participation Experience
• Candidate needs to have good communication skill in English and Bangla to work with both foreign and local consultants. Proficient with Microsoft Suite.

Job Location : Dhaka, with frequent visit to factories and project sites

Salary: Negotiable, Salary will be decided based on experience.
