Job Responsibilities

• Ensure all the machines are running according to the given program in order to achieve maximum production
• Manages and coordinates the operation of the manufacturing plant, includes responsibility for ensuring that short and medium term production targets are met and minimum cost consistent with specified production quality standards
• Ensure machine wise production target is met in every shift
• Ensure all the checkpoints are properly maintained (process parameter) in order to provide desired quality Goods
• Conduct daily observation in the production operation. Ensure that all machines as per validation settings.
• Ensuring that operations follow the company's standards, policies and practices
• Ensure proper documentation of production output

Employment Status : Full-time

Educational Requirements

• B.Sc Engineering in Textile from reputed University/institute
• (Diploma Engineers who further persuaded B.Sc degree are discouraged to apply)

Experience Requirements: At least 4 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 28 years
• Minimum 02 Years working experience in manufacturing Industry.
• Experience in Fiber Manufacturing/ Polyester/ Polypropylene/ Spinning/ Geo- Textile Manufacturing unit will get preference
• Key Performance Indicators:

• Production Target
• Planned maintenance schedule adherence
• General plant appearance
