In Bangladesh, Nan Pao is available through Grebond International, a company owned by Baly Group of Industries, which is the sole authorized distributor of Nan Pao products in the country, having been in operations since 1999.

Current Recruitment:

Nan Pao Resins Ltd. requires an energetic and focused Marketing Executive to work alongside its technical support, marketing and sales executives in Bangladesh in order to contribute towards enhanced customer services and result in more prosperous business relations.

Job Description/ Responsibilities:

• Maintain liaison with existing customers and create relations with new clients and businesses.
• Provide support to clients for Troubleshooting.
• Provide technical services to clients.
• Compose reports and analyses on individual clients and prevailing market dynamics.
• Participate in Planning Meetings of the local Nan Pao Resins and Great Grebond teams. 
• Compose Regular Reports and Market Updates to Nan Pao’s Technical Support In-charge for Bangladesh.

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements:

• Minimum Requirement - Bachelors in Business studies/ BBA from a recognized university.
  
• Preferred – Leather Technology College or Footwear Technology College.

Experience Requirements:

• At least 2 year(s) of prior experience in marketing related fields, preferably in footwear industry. 

Additional Job Requirements:

• Excellent communications skills in both English and Bengali.
• Flexibility and willingness to work longer hours due to changing business dynamics.
• Excellent time management skills and computer literacy.
• Strong writing and reporting skills in fluent English.
• Basic communication skills in Chinese (Preferred).
