1. Position Description: BAIUST solicits applications for a Senior Human Resources
Officer in the Registrar’s Office. The successful candidate will:
- Implements human resources policies by establishing department accountabilities,
staffing, employment processing, compensation, training and development, records
management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention.
- Assist in staff recruitment & selection process through job advertisement,
reviewing & screening applications, assisting interview process and finalize the process
of appointments.
- Assist to prepare/ develop / update Organogram for different departments / units.
- Assist to prepare/ develop JD with appropriate KPI for different positions.
- Maintain liaison with different departments on HR issues.
- Expand the training and development programs based on both the organization’s
and the individual`s needs.
- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending
human resource policies and procedures.
- Formulate & maintain HRIS system including attendance, leave, absence, etc.
- Must be able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines as well as be
able to manage own time effectively.
2. Academic Qualification and Experiences
- The candidate must have a Masters degree in Human Resource Management
(HRM) from a recognized University.
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of service experience preferably in a
university under HR Division.
3. Salary: An attractive package based on the qualifications and experience as per
University Service Rules.
