BAIUST solicits applications for full time Faculties in the Department of Law. The successful candidate will:
- Teach under graduate courses confirming to the approved syllabus guidelines of the university with particular emphasis on fundamental education in all areas of Law.
- Provide service and leadership to the Department; to external academic and Community.
- Contribute to research through high quality publications.
- In the area of teaching, the successful candidate will share a deep commitment to effective instruction at the undergraduate level, development of innovative courses and mentoring of students in research and professional development.
- Ensure that teaching content is appropriately informed by current research and advance scholarly activity.
- Develop pedagogical techniques designed to meet the needs of the diverse learning styles and intellectual interests.
Academic Qualification and Experiences
- Ph.D. in Law with minimum two First Class/Div/A Grade out of which one First Class/Div/A Grade in Undergraduate/Graduate Program.
- At least 02 year of teaching experience at university level.
- Must have at least 01 publication to his/her credit.
- M. Phil in Law with minimum two First Class/Div/A Grade.
- At least 03 years of teaching experience at university level.
- Must have 01 publication to his/her credit.
- LLB (Hon’s) with LLM from reputed universities. Must have achieved at least 03 x First Class/Div/A Grade in the entire educational curriculum.
- At least 03 years of teaching experience at university level.
- Must have 02 publications to his/her credit.
