Position Description: BAIUST solicits applications for full time faculties for the School of Business. The successful candidate will:
- Teach undergraduate courses that meet the curricular needs of the university with particular emphasis on fundamental education in Management/ Marketing/ Accounting/ Finance with all related areas.
- Take responsibility for the design, content and delivery of specific areas of teaching and learning and for the quality of teaching delivered.
- Ensure that teaching content is appropriately informed by current research and advance scholarly activity.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the continuous review and development of the Department’s programmes.
- Work in accordance with University policies and procedures to undertake assessment of students’ work and give feedback.
- To contribute to research through high quality publications.
- Carry out specific departmental roles and functions as may reasonably be required these being equitably distributed across the academic staff.
Educational Qualification and Experience:
- MBA and BBA with major in Management/ Marketing/ Accounting/ Finance from a reputed University. Must have achieved at least 03 x First Class/Div/A Grade in the entire educational curriculum.
- Proficiency in English
- Teaching experience preferred
