Position Title: Sub Assistant Engineer (Electrical)

Position Description: BAIUST solicits applications for the position of a Sub Assistant Engineer (Electrical) for the University. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
- To ensure smooth operations & proper maintenance of equipment, compliance with electrical codes and adherence to safety regulations of the University.
- To involve in checking, repairing and servicing machinery, equipment, system and infrastructures of the University.
- To diagnose faulty operations and responding to breakdowns of all electrical equipment of the University.
- To assist with electrical system installation, troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
- To design electrical systems and circuits, as well as contributing to improved designs.
- To plan and undertake scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
- Any other tasks assigned by the University Authority.
Academic Qualification, Experience & Other requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering from any recognized institute.
- 3-5 years of experience in the related field.
- The candidate must have experience on operations and maintenance of electrical sub-station and infrastructure’s internal circuits.
- Must have the ability to work under pressure
