Job Description / Responsibility

• Preparing Operation bulletin, Layout etc.
• Doing capacity study, method study, production study, line balancing etc.
• Daily manpower balancing, target setting & achievement monitoring.
• Non- Productive time calculation.
• Operator's skill test & skill matrix preparation
• Improve capacity or the factory to meet the plan targets.
• Design factory layout.
• Ensuring production target of the lines as per production plan.
• Reviewing operators' skill level (monthly) and ensuring corrective action along with the proposal of training for potential workers.
• Ensuring optimum utilization of man and machine.
• Preparing SMV database for all styles.
• Any other assignments at the discretion of management.

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements

• B.Sc. in industrial Engineering/ Masters from reputed University.
• Student of Public University will be given preference.
• Advance level or Equivalent (The education may be relax for the highly experienced candidate)

Experience Requirements

• 5 to 7 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Requirements

• Age 28 to 32 year(s)
• Having good computer literacy.
• Strong technical knowledge in Industrial Engineering
• Good leadership ability to lead & motivate inspectors.
• Good commend in English.

Job Location: Dhaka

Salary Range: Negotiable
