Job Description / Responsibility

• Working experience in commercial position
• All export/import documents and Bank documents preparation and submission.
• Monitoring with shipping line, Forwarder and C&F person.
• Maintaining constant liaison with L/C opening Bank, Supplier, C&F agent for smooth import and delivery.
• The applicant must have broad knowledge on C&F and imported products TAX and VAT Calculation, total import documents preparing, LC opening, dealing with C& F agents and Custom.
• Handling / preparing import documents independently.
• Must be able to work independently without minimum supervision and have sufficient
• Knowledge about the customs rules and VAT, duty, export and import.
• Have knowledge on international payment method through banks.
• Having knowledge about product HS code.
• Having vast knowledge on cash incentive and ability to en-cash the cash incentive.
• Preparing invoice, Packing list, B/L and shipping documents.
• Any task assigned by management

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements

• Masters in Finance/ accounting/ management/ marketing from any reputed university

Experience Requirements

• At least 5 year(s)

Job Requirements

• Age At most 45 year(s)
• Minimum 5 (Five) years of practical working experience
• Strong oral and written communication skill in English and computer literacy
• Computer skills are essential- specially MS-Excel, Word, Power Point and e-mail
• Willing to work in factory environment
• Must demonstrate attitude of integrity, transparent, proactive stance and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and under the pressure
• Reporting and quantitative analytical ability
• Being pleasant with others on the job and displaying good-natured cooperative stile
• Able to assess options and implications in order to identify a solution
