Baby Nutrition Limited is a renowned organization in an infant formula business. Baby Nutrition Limited operating business more than 30 years under Lalmai Group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting the zone objectives for his area
• Identify and set priorities for work to be done in timely and efficient manner
• To effectively and efficiently allocate the work load of her / his AMOs based on the geography
• Coach AMOs as per the guidelines from HO
• Focus on secondary sales and evaluate team performance basis this.
• Personal involvement in key hospital/Clinic/DPP accounts to facilitate sales team and make stock available.
• To visit/work with each AMO frequently
• Responsible for looking after all company assets used by her/his team like different logistics used field force, different reporting formats, territorial development data, analyse progress/reports, and update set of records.
• To interpret & explain company policies to her/his subordinates and medical /para medical contacts when indicated
• Must ensure proper implementation and review of different Projects
• Keep close communication with distributors for a smooth primary invoicing.
• Is responsible for Awareness and Compliance of WHO and BD Codes
• Any other responsibility as per Job Description.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelors and Masters in science related subject
• Physics, Cemestry or Nutrition background will be preferable

Experience Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ experience on pharmaceutical sector with minimum two years of supervisory experience.

Age Limit:35-45 years

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh
