Job Description / Responsibility

• Monitoring and analyzing market trends.
• Studying Competitors products & Services.
• Preparing sales and collection reports and others reports assigned by supervisor.
• Preparing and managing marketing plan and budgets.
• Collect monthly installment from existing clients.
• Properly maintain the monthly sales and collection target.
• Supporting and managing a marketing team.
• Maintain proper customer relationship with potential and existing clients. 

Educational Requirements:

• Minimum graduate from any reputed university.
• BBA/ MBA preferable.

Experience Requirements:

• 2 to 6 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements:

• Age 24 to 35 year(s)
• Must have experience in real estate sector.
• Have knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts.
• Be an excellent communicator.
• Be able to respond well to pressure think creatively.
• Be interested in what motivates people.

Job Nature: Full-time

Salary Range: Negotiable
