Key Responsibilities of General Manager

• Provide direct supervision, guidance, and support of office personnel including  recruitment, training, corrective actions, and adherence to company policy.
• To organize, controlling and monitoring operation field officer(s).
• Maintain liaison with clients for service related issues.
• Develop and implement preventative measures against accidents, thefts and other risks.
• Keep constant communication to ensure maximum clients satisfaction and visit all the deployment areas as per schedule and during any emergency.
• Identifying potential corporate customers, channel partners in regions to demonstrate products and gain new markets.
• Build effective client relationship with the assigned list of customers.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction
• Manage the business development actions of the Business Development Manager (BDM). 
• Working closely with Management for devising strategies & implement

Job Nature: Full-time

Experience & Educational Requirements:

• Retired Major/ Lieutenant Colonel from Bangladesh ARMY. 
• 2 years or more experience in the relevant field (Security Guard Service).
• Age 40 to 50 year(s).
• Good Communication Skills
