AusCabs Group was established in Sydney, Australia in the year 2007 under the Australian Corporation Act 2001. It incorporates three segments: AusCabs Payment Solution, Relaxa Entertainment and Digital Media Pty Ltd and Move Services Pty Ltd.
At AusCabs Group we have a number of new initiatives driving technology change and delivery. We are looking for numbers of IT genius with appropriate knowledge and creative flair to join our IT team in various roles.
You will have a strong passion for all stuffs web and design, cross platform app development, database development and maintenance. You will have a fiery enthusiasm for keeping up-to-date with trends and the techniques and technology that underpin them according to the position. Responsibilities:
- Develop high quality world class mobile apps.
- Actively participate in new project planning.
- Set and enforce best practices.
- Proactively build team skills and positions to meet expected business goals.
- Proactively research and develop new technologies, services, solutions, etc.
- Manage relationships related to mobile applications
- Provide the team and others with models of key interfaces, components, data flows, etc.
- Proactively identify gaps in all processes, procedures, monitors, alerts, designs, etc. and provide recommendations on how to resolve these.
- Work closely with project managers, test engineers, clients.
- Proactively develop and maintain database.
Basic Qualifications:
- BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline. MSc degree would be a plus.
- Proficiency in Object Oriented Programming or Embedded Device programming
- Programming experience or knowledge in C, C++, Java, Objective C, C#
- Knowledge and experience in mobile software development on iPhone and Android.
- Successful release of a mobile app to the Apple App store, Android Market Place, or BlackBerry App World
- Knowledge of UI frameworks (Android/iOS)
- Experienced with cross platform mobile developments specifically iOS, Android & Windows Store
- Advanced experience in performance, functional & unit testing
- Excellent analytical, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills coupled with a strong work ethic
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional requirements documentation.
- Strong desire to perform thorough and in-depth unit, integration and system testing.
- Effective presentation skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Android / IOS development is a plus
- Experience with HTML5, vector graphics and Creative Design (Photoshop).
- Experience AJAX • XSLT / XML manipulation/ ASP.NET
