Job Context
We are looking for Sample In charge for Executive Attire Limited (Woven Jacket Factory)

Job Responsibilities

• Support and advise the team/factories to find the best solution to reduce fabric wastage and to achieve maximum fabric use.
• Communicate with product development team to make the product feasible for production and at the same time meeting customers Demand.
• Digitizing the patterns (given by the pattern maker), carrying out alterations, adjustments and grading as per instructions, and preparing a mini-marker for the calculation of the material consumption for costing purposes.
• For confirmed orders, revising fabric consumption where required based on actual width details, calculating consumption details of other trims and communicating the information to the merchants to support material ordering purposes.
• Coordinating with the Fabric Inspection, Production department & Cutting Departments to resolve all technical issues.
• Adhering to buyer's compliance and any other international standards adopted by the company
• Monitoring of fit, measurements and workmanship according to the customer requirements
• Determine the best layout of pattern pieces to minimize waste of material, and mark fabric accordingly.
• Create a master pattern for each size within a range of garment sizes, using charts, drafting instruments, computers, and/or grading devices.
• Managing the sample development process, planning and allocating capacity in the sample room and to guide subordinates to resolve any technical issues.
• Maintain all type of technical data according to the requirement of customers while sample developing.
• Guiding to assemble the most effectual consumption for orders and styles using CAD within the timeline and develop, implement and enforce CAD.
• Handover the styles to merchandiser along with all the product details and technical information and communicates about development status with concern person.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Skills Required: AutoCAD

Experience Requirements

• At least 10 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): CAD, Sample
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Additional Requirements

• Age 30 to 40 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• Work Experience with Benetton Buyer will be added advantage
• Must have working experience in Outwear jacket.
• Graduation from a reputed University.
• At least 4 years in Managerial position.
• Should have knowledge on different type of CAD/ CAM Software like Garbar, investonica, etc. & its operation.
