Job Context
We are looking for Quality Manager for Executive Attire Limited (Woven Jacket Factory)

Job Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility about Jacket Quality & full production up to shipment, according to SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) & COP (Client's operation procedure).
• Will be responsible to ensure quality of Jackets in every steps of production from cutting, packing and Final Inspection.
• Should be knowledgeable to forecast problematic areas in the product at SMS level.
• Should be able to find out faults in the garment making process, take immediate corrective actions and should set the quality norms in such a way that rejections of the garments are minimized.
• Need to make risk analysis before start of bulk production.
• Making plan for quality assurance of the factory to ensure that quality of the garments delivered to the buyers are in line with their requirement.
• Assuring the Quality from Production till finished Products.
• Getting successful inspection done at various stages of Production & ensure timely shipment.
• Supervising and Guiding Production & Quality Team to achieve Quality Targets.
• Make sure that the quality personnel are aware of the quality requirement of the particular buyers and train them to maintain the needed quality requirements throughout the production processes.
• Plan and handle quality assurance procedure in a way that ensures minimum involvement of time, manpower and other resources at the same time deliver the required quality.
• Set appropriate quality standard and tolerances (with acceptable limits) with regards to raw material and production quality.
• Identify relevant quality related training needs and delivering training.
• Communicate with quality related decisions and issues effectively to all relevant internal and external parties (customer & suppliers)
• to ensure the consistency of standard and providing quality related information to the required persons and the management to facilitate decision making.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements

• 8 to 10 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Quality Control/ Audit, Quality Inspection
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Additional Requirements

• Age 35 to 40 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• Minimum 5 year(s) in managerial position
• Excellent speaking in English, intermediate written/reading skill
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have the experience on Outwear jacket products

Job Location

• Habir Bari, Valuka, Mymensingh.

Salary: Negotiable
