Position: Executive - sales, Textile Engineering-Spinning machine and accessories

Job Responsibilities:

• Establishing company’s agency business of textile Engineering Products- Spinning machine like Speed frame, Yarn conditioning system , Overhead cleaner etc and Spinning accessories like drafting components, spindles, flyers etc in Bangladesh.
• Commercial knowledge like Bangladesh Import rules and regulations, terms & condition of  Letter Of Credit etc;
• Developing and implementing marketing plans and promotional strategies including value addition service.
• Identify and suggest new product and services or solutions for existing or potential customers/markets;
• Coordinate with pricing and market strategy/ sales/ technology/ communication and media /other division and units to ensure timely implementation of proposed products/ services;
• Support cross functional teams like customer services and sales with solution on customer query/ complains and suggestions;
• The incumbent will also be responsible to explore new markets, find and identify new customers to grow the business;
• Responsible for frequent outdoor visit to prospective customer  and engage in technical and commercial meeting and also creating relationship with prospective customers;
• Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets to promote the product. Make product presentation to the potential customers;
• Sourcing new client and business in the similar market to achieve business object;
• Capability for negotiating for rates, capacity, disputes, settlements and various business issues with customer.
• Obtain maximum effective and achieve the given target.

Educational/Professional Requirements:   

• Bachelor/Diploma Degree in Textile Engineering/Mechanical Engineering from any reputed University in Bangladesh.
• MBA from any reputed University will be the added advantage.
• Minimum 2-4 years professional experience in same/relevant field is must. Experience with new product establishment in the market will be preferred.

• Should have keen sense of punctuality along with ethical and professional responsibility;
• Should have good command in English & Bengali.
