Job Description / Responsibility:

  • BSP, PNR,GDS,CRS, Booking, Reservation, Fare Calculation & Customer Handling
  • Bill or Invoice preparation
  • Checking the bills and processing for payments
  • Maintenance of cash, cash book, bank book, bill register, general ledger & different registers related to Finance & Accounts
  • Preparation and maintenance of requisition slips & bills
  • Dealing with banks and other financial organizations
  • Analyzing bank statements
  • Assisting all types of book keeping works for day to day work
  • Any other tasks assigned by the management
  • Independent working ability to perform all the relevant duties
  • Maintaining accounts in both papers and computer
  • Monthly closing of the accounts and reporting to the management


Job Nature: Full time

Educational Requirements: Graduate in Accounting/ Finance

Experience Requirements:

  • 1 to 4 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Accounts

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Good command in Microsoft Office suit especially in MS Excel & MS Word.
  • Good command in accounting software
  • Going outside office if necessary
  • Should be highly self-motivated and willing to learn
  • Efficiency in Bangla and English typing
  • Capability to work under pressure
  • Being flexible, analytical and collaborative
  • Strong interpersonal leadership skills
  • Being open minded, approachable and helpful
  • Ability to multitasks
  • Strong Proficiency in Understanding, Speaking and Writing in Bengali and English
