Officer / Associate Manager – Technical Support, Retail Underwriting, Risk Management Division

Employment Type: Full Time Employment                                Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To provide technical report includes property valuation, construction status verification and cost estimation of the project.
  • To visit the project site regularly and measure the various deviation matters like floor, column, unit etc.
  • To prepare the phase plan for construction proposal.
  • To monitor the work progress of the project site.
  • To comply the various Building Construction Acts and Guidelines.
  • To confirm the project status that fund is utilized properly.
  • To minimize the turn-around time in a way to make the process smoother.
  • To provide quality service to the internal customer as well as external.
  • To work closely with CRM, Business & other stakeholders, to provide value added risk information to assist business in achieving quality growth.
  • To attend training for all relevant concerns.
  • To comply with Bangladesh Bank Guidelines.
  • To prepare and monitor the MIS of the technical reports
  • To review and automate the overall technical processes

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT

  • B.Sc. in Civil Engineering with good academic background from UGC approved university or internally accredited university. Having additional degree in MBA will be considered as an added advantage.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • 2-5 years of experience in the relevant field.
  • Excellent interpersonal & presentation skills.
  • Knowledge about BNBC, CDA, KDA, RDA, CoxDA Acts, Environmental Risk Management and Credit Risk Management.
  • Familiar with Retail Banking Operation for smooth disbursement process. 
  • Professional liaison with the related departments.
  • Proactive, hardworking and team building skills.
  • PC-literate with an emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
