Manager /Associate Manager, BACH

Employment Type: Full Time Employment                     Job Location: Dhaka


  • To ensure all cheques are processed as per NI Act and Central Bank guidelines
  • To ensure cheque entry pass & authorization are matched in system for regular and same day
  • To ensure outward cheques return process are maintained
  • To ensure all clearing zones are open, all cheques are properly uploaded and funds are available to customer account
  • To ensure fund paid and received properly
  • To ensure OBC payment posting and book transfer account posting are maintained regularly
  • To ensure inward cheques process with cheque return charges
  • To ensure clearing transactions related GL are reconciled daily
  • Liaison with other banks for cheque clearing purpose
  • Ensure that effective processes and controls are in place with clear responsibility and accountability for the prevention of various lapses, misrepresentation, fraud etc. and customer protection in line with Bank’s policies and standards
  • Monitoring of checking transactions correct amount and account number (input in the system) on daily basis
  • To prepare and maintain KPI on daily basis
  • Ensure zero audit comment for internal & external auditor
  • Ensure discrepant instruments are regularized in time.


  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from UGC granted university or internationally accredited university
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experienced and confident dealing with both stakeholders and regulators
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative, innovative mind-set to spot opportunities and synergies
  • Analytical thinking ability.
