TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

To support its continuous business growth, BRAC Bank is currently looking for ambitious, smart, goal-oriented, enthusiastic individuals for Information Technology division in the following fast track position:

Technology Management Trainee

The program is designed to train the incumbent with a 360 degree business and functional knowledge under the supervision of a mentor. This will be a 1-year rigorous program where the trainee will get attachment/ project exposure pertinent to the technology function of the fastest growing Bank in the country. After successful completion of the training period and assessment, Technology MTs will be absorbed as Principal Officer (PO) in any of the following areas of Application Development, Core Banking Application, Enterprise Solutions & Alternate Delivery Channels, Technology Infrastructure & Systems Management, Digital Banking or Process Re-Engineering and will be integrated with the existing pay and service rule of the Bank.

Job Location: Any where in Bangladesh

Requirements:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, computer science or related field with a minimum CGPA 3.3 (in the scale of 4)
• Maximum 2-years of experience
• Knowledge in C/C++/C#/VB.NET/Unix/Linux and experience designing and developing tool     architecture preferred
• Coding skills in Python or JavaScript/AJAX, database design and SQL, and/or knowledge of TCP/IP and network programming
• Understanding of Algorithms, Architecture, Artificial Intelligence, Compilers, Database, Data Mining, Distributed Systems, Machine Learning, Networking, or Systems
• Knowledge in Mobile Android/iOS development and/or mobile web development
• Strong object-oriented (OO) skills
• Ability to think unconventionally to derive creative and innovative solutions
  Remuneration: Selected trainees will be entitled to a Monthly Gross Salary of BDT 65,000
