Associate Relationship Manager, Employee Banking

Employment Type: Full Time Employment                          Job Location: Dhaka

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To develop & grow Employee Banking business by acquiring new customers and ensuring company sign ups
• To build relationship with key referrals partners within the Bank to ensure constant and quality leads are obtained
• To maximize sales referral opportunities by working with customer service colleagues
• To verify that potential customers satisfy all criteria required of a desired customer profile as outlined by the bank
• To manage and grow relationships with the existing and potential clients
• To effectively and promptly handle customer queries and reduction in customer complaints
• To deliver service to customers that are synonymous with the consumer brand experience being promoted by the organization
• Cross sell by booking both Asset and liability product

• Bachelor / Masters in any discipline from reputed institutions
• Minimum 2 years experience in corporate sales
• Experience in handling Deposit / Liability Products
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
