Customer Relations Officer, Small Business

Employment Type: Full Time Employment                          Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Survey Market to explore business opportunity
  • Achieve individual monthly sales targets in terms of asset, liability and collection
  • Analyze the credit worthiness of the potential borrower
  • Analyze and inspect the market accurately to enhance business growth
  • Ensure high quality of services by recognizing and selecting accurate customers
  • Act as the single point of contact between the bank and customers/ stakeholders

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Post Graduate from any UGC approved university preferably in business, finance, economics or science, statistics, accounting with minimum Second Class/ division in all examinations
  • Having experience in sales will be an added advantage
  • Must have the mind set to work outside Dhaka and in rural areas as well
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to source new business through own initiative
  • Computer literacy (MS Office) & Analytical ability
  • Good communication skill (both written & verbal) and excellent interpersonal Skill
