Associate Manager, GL & Cost Center Management
Employment Type: Full Time Employment Job Location: Dhaka
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cost Center management - Creation, Transfer, Close
- COA management - Creation of Product GL and other office GL upon request and proper verification from the concerned requestor, closing, freezing and unfreezing of the same as and when required
- Preparation of Accounts Proof Statement
- Review of Manual Journals before posting
- GL Mismatch analysis and adjustment
- Preparation of suspense aging schedule
- Staff clearence - Finance, SOL Creation and preparation of various reports for internal users etc.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT
- BBA and/or MBA with strong educational background from any reputed public or private universities of Bangladesh
- Business graduate with CA (CC) from reputed Firm and at least Knowledge level passed will be preferable.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- 2-5 years of experience in relevant field in reputed bank or financial institution
- Strong analytical, presentation, interpersonal skill & good team player
- Strong leadership quality and staff motivation skill
- Strong Command over Microsoft Office, Systems Evaluation, Analysis and Monitoring
- Ability to work under pressure situation and ability to complete all assignments in a timely and effective manner
- Expert user of MS Excel and Access, Systems Evaluation, Analysis and Monitoring
- Excellent communication skill in both English & Bengali
