Associate Relationship Manager/ Sr. Relationship Manager, Premium Banking

  • To plan, strategize and assist to achieve agreed sales target for the assigned Premium Banking Centers
  • Manage and nurture portfolio of customers in assigned center
  • Pro-actively analyze and understand the premium customers’ changing needs and develop products/services which cater to fulfill those needs.
  • Ensure superior service throughout the assigned center
  • Ensure risk mitigation within the business
  • Ensure standards of Corporate Governance and Regulatory Compliance in line with both Bank’s directives and specific regulatory requirements are met
  • Ensure responsibility and accountability for the prevention of money laundering, mis-selling, misrepresentation, fraud & customer protection in line with the regulatory & Bank’s policies and standards


  • Bachelors/Masters in Business Administration/ Banking and Finance/ Marketing/ Management from any reputed university.
  • Minimum 3-6 years’ experience in client service, preferably with at least 2 years’ experience in banking sector
  • Fluency in English and Bengali
  • Good knowledge of local banking laws, regulations, and Negotiable Instrument Act
  • Basic Computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation)
  • Possess strong selling and inter-personal skills in convincing customers and selling banking products
  • Creative in terms of meeting customer demands with existing products
  • Proactive and driven to achieve set targets and service standards
  • Ability to manage and prioritize job and time
  • Maintain satisfactory relationships with all departments
