Associate Manager, Trade Operations

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guide and ensure the team staffs know and fully comply to all approved process and policies
- Initiate to identify any existing process gaps and work on process development/automation
- Escalate & cascade key risk events/exceptions and also initiate for suitable mitigation plans
- Plan and initiate for appropriate training for staff development and efficiency management
- Timely escalate SQ issues and proactively initiate to resolve for ensuring customer satisfaction
- Plan and initiate to rotate staffs in various desks for developing a cross-functional support
- Team with approval from appropriate authority.
- Maintain records of mistake, appreciation & training and monitor performance accordingly
- Ensure health check and maintain records.
- Assist to finalize departmental KPI and MIS needs and ensure proper delivery & records
- Identify scope for any cost saving and escalate accordingly to Department/Division Head.
- Monitor and keep records of mistakes for taking actions and effective performance evaluation
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA/BBA/ Masters in Business Studies, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, Finance etc.
- Ideally required over 3-5 years’ experience in a Bank or Financial Institution and preferably dealing in Trade Finance activities.
- Computer literacy (specifically in MS Office)
- Good communication skill (both written & verbal)
- Excellent interpersonal relationship
- Analytical/Decision making ability
