Young Professionals Program

Employment Type: Full Time Employment

 Job Context:

  • This consists of a one-year comprehensive program designed to train the incumbent with the necessary function specific knowledge, attributes, and attachments, required to develop the individual as a subject matter expert for a specific function i.e. Retail, SME, or any other Support function.
  • The one-year program will further consist of different professional development platforms to realize one’s full potential.
  • Upon successful completion of the training period, the young leaders will be absorbed as Senior Officer.

Educational Requirements:

  • Graduation from any discipline with a minimum CGPA of 3.0, from UGC granted university
  • Minimum CGPA of 4.0 in SSC and HSC, or else equivalent results in O Levels and A Levels


  • Experience is not mandatory. However, candidates with maximum 3 years of experience can also apply.

  Additional Requirements:

  • Effective inter-personal communication skills in both Bengali and English
  • The ability to take up new challenges, act proactively, and exhibit ownership mentality
  • Demonstrate excellence in adjusting to new environments and building effective relationship
  • Possess a can-do attitude
  • Willingness to work anywhere in the country, to bring banking service to the door steps of our valued customers

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh

Gross Salary:  BDT 45,000/-

Compensation and other Benefits:

  • Selected trainees, during the training period of one year will be entitled to a monthly gross salary of BDT 45,000. After successful completion of the training period, the young professionals will be absorbed as Senior Officer and will be integrated with the existing pay and service rule of the Bank.
