Relationship Officer :  Small Business- SME Banking Division

Employment Type: Full Time Employment (Permanent Position) 
Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Survey Market to explore business opportunity
  • Achieve individual monthly sales targets in terms of asset, liability and collection
  • Analyze the credit worthiness of the potential borrower
  • Analyze and inspect the market accurately to enhance business growth
  • Ensure high quality of services by recognizing and selecting accurate customers
  • Act as the single point of contact between the bank and customers/ stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum graduate from any UGC approved reputed University with minimum CGPA 3.00 in all examination. Post-graduation will be an added advantage
  •  Having experience in sales will be an added advantage
  • Having motorbike driving license will be an added advantage
  • Must have the mind set to work outside Dhaka and in rural areas as well
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to source new business through own initiative
  • Computer literacy (MS Office) & Analytical ability
  • Good communication skill (both written & verbal) and excellent interpersonal Skill

Salary & Benefits:

  • Initial monthly salary is BDT 18,000/-. After successful completion of one year, monthly salary gets reviewed and can get increased up to BDT 23,000/- depending on the performance of candidate.
  • Leave Fare Assistance (LFA) & Festival Bonus equal to one basic each
  • Cost of living adjustment (COLA) once every year as approved by the Board
  • Besides the salary, there is a performance based lucrative monthly incentive package.
  • Mobile bill and local conveyance and other benefits are also available as per the policy of the Bank.
