                 Survey  Market to explore business opportunityAchieve  individual monthly sales targets in terms of asset, liability and collectionAnalyze  the credit worthiness of the potential borrowerAnalyze  and inspect the market accurately to enhance business growthEnsure  high quality of services by recognizing and selecting accurate customersAct  as the single point of contact between the bank and customers/ stakeholders REQUIREMENTS: 
                 Minimum  graduate from any UGC approved reputed University with minimum CGPA 3.00 in all  examination. Post-graduation will be an added advantage Having experience in sales will be an added  advantageHaving  motorbike driving license will be an added advantageMust  have the mind set to work outside Dhaka and in rural areas as wellAbility  to work under pressureAbility  to source new business through own initiativeComputer  literacy (MS Office) & Analytical abilityGood  communication skill (both written & verbal) and excellent interpersonal  Skill Salary & Benefits: 
                 Initial monthly salary is BDT 18,000/-. After  successful completion of one year, monthly salary gets reviewed and can get  increased up to BDT 23,000/- depending on the performance of candidate.Leave Fare Assistance (LFA) & Festival Bonus  equal to one basic eachCost of living adjustment (COLA) once every year as  approved by the BoardBesides the salary, there is a performance based lucrative  monthly incentive package. Mobile bill and local conveyance and other benefits  are also available as per the policy of the Bank.
