To support its continuous business growth, BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, smart, goal-oriented, enthusiastic individuals for the following position in Retail Banking Division:

Head/Senior Product Manager - NRB/Probashi Banking

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead NRB product development / review involving various units for creating the synergy
  
• Drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the NRB products across various channels
  
• Maintain deep knowledge and insight of competitive landscape
  
• She/he will be the point person responsible for driving growth and success for remittance related products and business by working across Design, Engineering, Data Analytics and our decision making teams to develop, prioritize, and execute roadmaps, strategic plans, and individual projects/features in the relevant areas
  
• Excellent Communication Skills– Ability to maintain regular relationship with existing as well as new overseas Exchange Companies & Banks to increase remittance volume and to ensure effective services
  
• To support exchange houses & Banks with different operational queries, quote daily exchange rates as well as give all necessary support to ensure timely completion of Technological integration & compliance related projects/ issues with the respective company
  
• Coordinate with Bangladesh Bank, other regulatory and external bodies such as Bangladesh Embassy in different countries/NGOs for different exchange house/Banks related issues and queries

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s /Master’s degree in any discipline from reputed universities with satisfactory academic track record
  
• 8+ years of hands-on banking experience including 5+ years of experience in the NRB/Remittance vertical
  
• Key qualitative attributes: solid blend of critical and creative thinking; outstanding communications; inspires and teams with others; goes the extra mile in getting things done right; at ease working across team boundaries
  
• Understanding of banking systems and processes across Business Units.
  
• Self-starter, fast moving, flexible
  
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  
• Ability for formulate and communicate a business case
