Associate Manager, Fire Safety & Crisis Management-Safety and Security

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Formulate, implement and monitor policies and programs relating to the maintenance of the bank’s electronic and fire safety related issues to ensure smooth flow of operations over all the branches of the bank.
  • Responsible for developing, implementing and administering all aspects of the Bank's Security Program and Safety Program.
  • Manage implementation, coordination, integration and maturation of the Fire Safety and Crisis Management framework in collaboration with business continuity, disaster recovery plan. Prepare Report of all Crisis across bank and keep incident tracking List systemically as per the guidance of line manager.
  • Develop training curriculum, documentation, and conduct training session’s projects for Operational Compliance and Risk system.
  • Participate in regularly scheduled clinical supervision, staff meetings, staff development and training curriculum.
  • Supervise the maintenance of all fire safety works in the premises.
  • Be ready to work under extreme pressure given with the situation at any time.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Masters / Bachelor’s degree in Business from r universities with satisfactory academic track record
  • At least 3-5 years of work experience in Fire Safety and Crisis Management at the Bank
  • Ready to work in our different premises of outside Dhaka
  • Good communication skill in both English & Bengali
  • Strong analytical, presentation, interpersonal skill & good team player
  • Strong leadership quality and staff motivation skill
  • Strong Command over Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Ability and willing to work under much stress, pressure situation and ability to complete all assignments in a timely and effective manner
  • Capability of managing workloads and deal with sudden crisis/disasters/adverse situation.
  • Motivated to work outside the usual office hour.
