Associate Manager/Manager Enterprise Solutions & ADC (POS),Technology

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for smooth operation of POS terminal, NAC & iNAC
  • Lead the team to ensure all systems and applications are running smoothly
  • POS application development and testing, rollout new POS/application
  • Manage daily support and maintenance of POS terminals
  • Configuration/reconfiguration of NAC/iNAC
  • Different payment brand (VISA, Mastercard, JCB etc) mandate deployment
  • POS & related device inventory management.
  • Ensure continuous business support (24/7).
  • Business need analysis and new Requirement Implementation:
  • Vendor Relationship and ensure AMC/ SLA/ Billing/ Agreement/ Manage Stakeholders/ Regulatory Issues related to Applications.
  • New technology adoption, continuous update of POS & related business.
  • Be updated with latest technology related to POS, software of POS and merchant management

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering/EEE /Telecommunication/ IT Graduation from reputed universities with satisfactory academic track record
  • 05 to 07 years’ experience in working with POS technology of a financial institution.
  • Clear concept about Cards & Electronic Banking systems including POS, NAC, HSM and TMS management. 
  • Clear Concept of payment system domain including VISA/MC/JCB/NPSB operations.
  • Knowledge of ISO Message specification for financial transactions, Hypercom message etc.
  • Knowledge about Biometric authentication, NFC, Mobile wallet, mPOS technology.
  • VAST knowledge about POS/merchant acquiring domain.
  • Willing to provide support 24/7 on requirement basis. 
  • Knowledge about PCIDSS and Cyber Security.
  • Excellent interpersonal skill and Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Critical thinking, skeptic judgment and proactive decision making.
  • Cross-cultural sensitivity, flexible worldview, emotional maturity and physical stamina.
