KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage Card Management System.
  • Lead the team to ensure all systems and applications are running smoothly.
  • Communicate with different Stakeholder and analysis business need.
  • Manage various projects of Credit Card Management System.
  • Communicate and Implement payment brand provided mandate like VISA, Master Card, JCB mandates.
  • Implements and evaluates the working of any systems and stays abreast of new Cards & ADC related technologies emerging in the industry.
  • Plan & prioritizing production schedule of any issues to ensure on time delivery.
  • Implement central bank’s regulatory guidelines in the card management system.
  • SQL script writing to identify the any issue from back end.
  • Ensure continuous business support (24/7).
  • Vendor Relationship and ensure AMC/ SLA/ Billing related to Applications.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering/EEE /Telecommunication from reputed universities with satisfactory academic track record
  • 05 to 07 years’ experience in working with Card Management System of a financial institution.
  • Clear concept about Cards & Electronic Banking systems including Debit & Credit Card System, POS, NAC, ATM etc. 
  • Clear Concept of payment system domain including VISA/MC/JCB/NPSB operations.
  • Knowledge of ISO Message specification for financial transactions, Hypercom message etc.
  • Knowledge about Biometric, NFC Technology.
  • Sound knowledge about NDC & DDC Protocol.
  • Sound knowledge on HSM, Card Personalization Machine etc.
  • Basic Knowledge on Oracle Database Management System & Unix platform.
  • Willing to provide support 24/7 on requirement basis. 
  • Knowledge about PCIDSS and Cyber Security.
  • Experience in CardPro solutions will get extra advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal skill and Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Critical thinking, skeptic judgment and proactive decision making.
  • Cross-cultural sensitivity, flexible worldview, emotional maturity and physical stamina.
