Officer/Senior Officer Enterprise Solutions & ADC (ATM/CDM),Technology

Job Location: Dhaka


  • Responsible for daily support and maintenance of ATM/CDM & Card Production machine.
  • ATM Installation and follow up with different stakeholders during ATM deployment.
  • Investigation of system logs & assist related team to identify the dispute transaction.
  • Vendor management & communications on different device failure of ATM, CDM, Card Production Machine
  • Ensuring support service according to SLA & maintain the maximum uptime of ATM/CDM,
  • Assist Branch/ATM Service Centers on various ATM/CDM related maintenance.
  • Responsible for reporting all problem resolutions to team members and supervisor.
  • Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area.
  • Any other assignment/project assigned by the supervisor/management.


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering/EEE/Telecommunication/ IT Graduation from reputed universities with satisfactory academic track record.
  • 2-5 years’ working experience in ATM/CDM & Card Production machine maintenance.
  • Depth knowledge on NDC/DDC protocol including ATM/CDM functionalities.
  • Clear concept of ATM/CDM reconciliation.
  • Knowledge of Cards life cycle, PCIDSS & EMV.
  • Sound knowledge of Recycler ATM, VTM & new ADC related technology.
  • Should have sound knowledge on ATM vault, Electronic Journal, Journal reloading, Receipt reloading etc.
  • Willing to provide support 24/7 on requirement basis.
  • Excellent interpersonal skill and Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Cross-cultural sensitivity, flexible worldview, emotional maturity and physical stamina.
  • Basic understanding of Middleware Switch & Card Management System.
