Asian Paints (Bangladesh) Ltd is one of the fastest growing paint companies in Bangladesh. We are looking for bright, young and dynamic personnel for the following position: 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the product quality and compliance of all processed FG, SF, and Market returns materials, Customer Complain Materials & Reprocess materials.
• Stability Check in retain sample share the report monthly basis. & maintaining proper documentation of retain sample & storage system.
• Monitoring Lab Equipment Calibration by internal method and External reputed organization,
• Ensuring proper data entry in Navision system & batch sheet and maintaining record.
• Generating daily shift report after the end of every shift & sharing this with superiors & relevant departments.
• Ensuring proper calibration & maintain relative records.
• Maintaining proper documentation of retain samples & storage system and checking up all of them periodically.
• Raising awareness among the subordinates about safety, 5S, PPE use, hygiene, proper house-keeping etc. & its good effects.
• Generating regular incidents reports, Hygiene reports, note down near misses etc.
• Regular visit to shop floor, packing floor, OPC visit & sharing important findings with superiors, colleagues & subordinates.

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge and experience in Analytical & Technical about paints
• Knowledge and experience in ISO 9001,14001 and 5S
• Ability to co-ordinate with team and related internal functions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla
• Must have good command in MS Office applications
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Eager to learn, and should have positive attitude.

Job Level: Entry level

Educational Qualification & Experience:

• B.Sc /M.Sc in Chemistry-Applied / Organics/ Polymer or B Sc. in Chemical Engineering from reputed Public or Private University.
• 4 to 5 years’ of experience in relevant industries/Chemical industries/Building material/FMCG.
