Position: GM (Marketing & Sales)

Job Responsibilities

• Person with the proven track record of Marketing & Sales in Real Estate Sector.
• Having good reference to sell the Company products (Duplex Houses, Plots & Flats) in his circle & references.
• Capable to reach his sales target time to time.
• Capable to lead sales force individually.
• Set marketing Strategy.

Job Nature

• Full-time

Educational Requirements

• Graduate from well reputed Public or Private Universities from Dhaka City.

Job Experience

• 10 to 15 year(s) of renowned Real Estate Company.
• Only males are allowed to apply
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Branding / Sales planning, Business Development, Market Research

Additional Requirements:

• Age minimum 35 years.
• Excellent communication skill with strong sense of responsibility.
• Monitoring the sales reports of the team members.
• Target oriented leading quality.

• Head office at Banani, Dhaka

Salary

• TK. 70,000  -  80,000 (Monthly)
