Consultant wanted to conduct a needs assessment on the healthcare landscape in Bangladesh

Give2Asia is a sister concern of The Asia Foundation (TAF). G2A will conduct a needs assessment on the healthcare landscape in [Bangladesh]; identify key areas of health service development and health initiatives that focus on children; conduct an analysis on philanthropic and social service organizations that provide health systems building services; and lastly identify organizations that may be potential partners and program funding areas for the client.

Deliverables under this consultancy services:

  • An Analysis and Recommendation Paper that includes the following: Introduction of the healthcare landscape in country and the country’s greatest needs; 
  • Overview of key areas of need in health service development and initiatives that focus on children;
  • Relevant government regulations or policies and their implications for providing health service building services; 
  • Special issues (cultural, political, economic, etc.), and attitudes towards health systems building as well as US-based pharma foundations; 
  • Analysis of different stakeholders that provide services in health service development and initiatives that focus on children; 
  • Analysis of the gaps in services; and 
  • Identification of potential partners and programs, which emphasis on international or regional NGO’s, universities, or similar partnerships that provide services regionally.
