Position: Assistant Manager, Marketing and Business Development

Academic Qualification: MBA/ BBA in Marketing or any related field of study only from IBA (DU)/ NSU/ Brac/ East West University.

Job description:

  • Analyze the potential business market and formulate effective planning to serve in the target market through quality sales visits, customer focus, product positioning and effective follow up with management teams.
  • Have to develop, modify, expand and implement the existing and present clients/activities and to maintain close communication and liaison with corporate house, multinational company, international organization and different Government agencies of Bangladesh.
  • Planning and implementation the business relationship with International Food Shop/ Supply Chain Shop/ Franchise/ International Agency/ Sub-Agency/ Media Buyer/Sole Distributor.
  • Have to communicate, plan and implement to work jointly with the international Advertising Agency. 
  • Analyze competitive scenario/SWOT analysis within the Business Market and formulate action plans accordingly and comparative market trends analysis.
  • Prepare reports and MIS for the management for understanding of competitive activity relevant to the market generally and industry sector in particular
  • Ensure efficient and effective implementation of different interactive events and activities with the respective Customers in each vertical
  • Work with the vertical head for developing and manage a strategy and existing FY business plan to address the designated sector
  • Take lead in delivering and coordinating customer presentations and demonstrations and solution architect for the company
  • Monitor and follow-up project status and accordingly ensure on time execution and collection process from the signed clients.
  • Passionately committed to customer oriented thinking and Follow up clients through phone call, e-mail, physical visit and applicants may require travel locally and abroad
  • Provide presentations, conduct competitive analysis associated with new opportunities.
  • Identify and build new offering silver within the focus area and develop strong communications and lobbing with the international clients.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned by the management.

Experience:

  • At least 08 year(s) practical experience should have in the following area(s): Advertising & branding, Brand Planning/ Development, Business Development, Market Research, Marketing and event management sector.
  • Qualifying leads, priorities opportunities and maintain a healthy Pipeline
  • Must be smart having excellent analytical & presentation abilities.
  • Should be self- motivated, dynamic and dependable team player
  • Strong motivational and influential people skills
  • Must be Fluent in English (written and spoken) and advanced knowledge in computer.
