• Meet the company revenue and profit target with proper planning & execution with extended    standard skill, capability & customer focus.
  
• Must have leadership quality and ability to work as a team.
  
• To ensure commercial operation and reporting to concern authority.
  
• To forecast business plan as per situation demand.
  
• To ensure productivity to meet up the target.
  
• Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target.
  
• To forecast, plan and execute sales plan.
  
• Follow sales strategy, sales policy and strategic marketing plan.
  
• Achieve targeted business volume.
