Executive Chef: Overall supervision and coordination of the Kitchen department.
Restaurant and Bar service staff
a) Food & Beverage Coordinator: The food and beverage coordinator is responsible for creating and coordinating food and drink menus, ordering, taking inventory of stock, maintaining records of purchase and sales and assisting in event planning.
b) Hostess: Meet, greets and seats the guests. Taking food orders and serve as and when required.
c) Captain & Waiter: Taking orders from guests, deliver to the chef. Arrange tables and serve food.
d) Bartender: Plan bar menus, taking orders and serve drinks to the guests.
e) Barista: Prepare and serve coffee as per orders. Supervise and coordinate the coffee station.
f) Bus Boy: Setting, clearing and cleaning tables, assist waiters in their food delivery service.
