General Manager, Production (Male)

  • Professional Requirements: GM Production is responsible for managing, administering & overseeing the overall activities of one particular Production department. The main objective would be to maintain an efficient team structure, provide leadership and implement innovative, cost-effective strategies. Follow-up and ensure timely approval of all Samples. Handle day-to-day Production Operations, proper and centralized planning of production to meet delivery deadline. Assist the Product evelopment process to ensure that products meet Buyers Quality. Lead teams to increase company profitability. Liaise with technical team to ensure technical compliance of factory as per customers' requirement. Retain and grow businesses with existing customers and acquire New Buyers. Must have good connections within the industry to facilitate orders both from local and export customers. Should have capability for coordination between production floor – merchandising – quality assurance – central management – compliance – IE – operation – human resource and logistics.

 
 
 
Deputy General Manager – Merchandising (Male)

  • Professional Requirements: This is the most senior position form the Merchandising department on factory premises. He will be solely responsible for entire factory merchandising and related operations. The main objective would be to maintain an efficient team structure, provide leadership and implement innovative, cost-effective strategies. Act as the chief coordinator between central management and factory merchandising dept. Must have capability for supervising production – sample development – buyer audit – costing etc. Retain and grow businesses with existing customers and acquire New Buyers. Must have good connections within the industry to facilitate orders both from local and export customers. Should have capability for coordination between production floor – merchandising – quality assurance – central management – compliance – IE – operation – human resource and logistics. Monitor and control the central stock and warehouse. Must have capability to work with ERP procedures to hold customers in the highest regards and deliver the best quality product within capability and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Professional Requirements: This position is designed for maintaining the responsibility of Factory HR and related Compliance issues. He must have solid idea about disciplining employees in accordance with existing labor laws and company. Ensure that HR, Admin and Compliance Managers and Unit Managers effectively supervised by planning, organizing and delegating tasks to meet company's goals and expectations. Take proper and immediate steps to improve factory conditions and take all possible steps to adhere with buyer's compliance instruction. Communicate with the concerns in Head Office for their needs in respect of administration, HR, Compliance, Production & Security issues. Preparing, organizing and managing factory audits as per buyer’s requirements including various social, ethical, environmental, technical, supply chain security and QMS audits. To ensure all facilities involving health & safety specially fire safety measures and procedures. Conduct environmental audits to ensure adherence to environmental standards. To resolve employee’s grievance, stress in proactive manner and manage complex team situations to build up good internal relationship among the employee. Provide employee training on compliance related topics, policies, or procedures. Liaison with BGMEA, ACCORD, Fire service, Civil Defense, etc.

  • Professional Requirements: Capability about handling the daily HR formalities for a woven garments project. Must be a genuine team player. Should have sound knowledge on ERP & HRIS (Automated HR process). Having complete and practical idea about labor law is mandatory. To resolve employee’s grievance, stress in proactive manner and manage complex team situations to build up good internal relationship among the employee. Provide employee training on compliance related topics, policies, or procedures. Design or implement improvements in communication, monitoring, or enforcement of compliance standards. Maintain all kind of HR related documents and file with prior manner. Make the department visible for any related audits or centralize formalities. Having experiences for OD issues and perspectives.

  • Professional Requirements: The candidate should be technically sound in Garments costing & manufacturing process. Must be capable to handle buyers independently in tremendous pressure with aggressive marketing attitude. Able to work under pressure with long working hours. Should have integrity and personal credibility, ability to think strategically and use sound judgment. Strong people management and communication skills. Must have skills in examining and establishing proper merchandising operations and procedures. This position requires excellent English in written and verbal communication skills. Good understanding of core business aspects. Complete proficiency in MS Office package. Should have ideas about effective communication for raw materials, booking and delivery. Liaison with Commercial Team about shipping documents, undertakes all formalities and update buyers. “Must have factory related production experiences”.

  • Professional Requirements: Candidate must be capable for day to day accounting procedure, having solid experiences for Apparels industry is mandatory. Conduct financial analysis and feed business units with information and insight for better decisions. Prepare financial statements as per applicable laws and regulations. Carry out reconciliation of all assets and liabilities. Maintain books and records for transaction through manual & ERP both. Must be a team player. Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports as per departmental plan. Handing salary disbursement for workers and other employees with the collaboration from HR.
