Job Description / Responsibility
- Provide technical support and resolve hardware/software problem (pc, laptop, printer, UPS/IPS etc)
- Should have good knowledge on Hardware and Windows setup system.
- Good knowledge and experience on LAN, WAN and WIi-Fi system.
- Good knowledge of various router/switch configuration ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge on security system like CCTV surveillance system.
